Chase checking provides real time ACH transfer to several external accounts and there is no fee (it supports several external accounts but not all). Which other banks provide such services?
Are you talking about teh FedNow service?
Here's a list of current participants.
Thank you @toothgrind3r for sharing the list. I saw my CU listed, but I was surprised by some of the missing financial institutions.

Fow what it's worth, that list os WAY bigger then the last time I looked. So it seems FI's are joining everyday.
Also, for what it's worth, it all seems very beta-ish. For instance, when I tried to send money from Chase to my CU (months ago), which is listed, Chase said at the moment they only accepted instant transfers, they did not send instant transfers.
It looks like besides Chase, the only very large bank that provides this service is US Bank.
Since Chase checking has maintenance fee, I want to see whether migrating my Checking account from Chase to another place like US Bank would be beneficiary. Otherwise, I should park 1.5k in my Chase checking.

Us bank has a maintenance fee as well unless you have direct deposit or a credit product with them.

For the US Bank gold checking, having a CC with them is sufficient to bypass fees. I will call them to double check their other fees (check, ACH, etc) and also the real time transfer possibility. This page covers some of their fees:

Would Business Zelle fill a gap or two if offered?
Synovus recently implemented Zelle for Business and I'm loving it simply for the convenience.
~~~~~~$0 charges, 100% risk~~~~~~~however, I do low risk, low $ movement, certainly not recommended for high volume, etc....its another "convenience tool" if you're in a clinch and ach transfer isn't available or feasible.
Yep... I use Zelle all the time to move money from account to account instantly.
Zelle is 100% risk as you said . In case of any issues (from my side or their side), it would be very complicated to resolve it.
I do prefer free ACH (real-time or next day).
