Credit Unions That Accept Non-Residents with ITIN

Can anyone name and/or invite/recommend me some credit unions that accept Non-Resident aliens with ITIN, passport (Foreign) and physical address proof? I have Cap1 and AMEX cards and also a 1 year established credit history.

Tried applying for affinity and was denied. Looked at Alliant and they said they need a US ID.
