As someone who has been on the other side of the counter I can say that if a customer had reached the point where I couldn't go any further in reducing or refunding fees they had incurred, I wouldn't have been able to do any more for an AI asking on their behalf than I would have for them directly, so I would probably temper my expectations. But I don't have any experience using this service, so hopefully it works out and saves you money overall.
