Possibly, if your profile fits their criteria for SP offers. If not, it'll be a EQ5 HP if you apply.
Enjoy your 6.17% APY on savings and free monthly EQ5 score.
Since they're a CU, you wouldn't be able to apply for any credit products w/o membership, so I guess it helps in that sense.

I'm not on their website at the moment. I think it's the loans tab or one of tabs? I'll verify once I'm in front of a computer.

The Loan Suite tab.
Also shows on the right side of the main screen. I think the "apply now" button is supposed to turn orange or red or burnt-orange or tang or something when you have a pre-approved offer and it'll say "accept offer" or something similar...

Yes, that's it! You are correct.
Apply now = HP. I do not recommend it.
Accept offer = SP. It's some sort of orange button.
Picture being worth 1000 words applies here.
Green button means a cold app and a HP.
Orange button with "Accept Offer" is a preapproval and is a SP.

Actually they do let you apply for a credit product w/o membership, you just need to join to finalize it. I applied for car loan refi in 2017 and on approval I became a member.
