Looking at what you are discussing here I don't see why not. The electronic check should have all the relevant information needed once you print and deposit it whether through teller at the bank, ATM or mobile deposit

Things only get wonky in my experience with them when you start trying to do remote ACH type things with DCU. You can get it done but the routing matrix is weird and DCU doesn't make it super easy or didn't last time I did it. Admittedly using the HELOC to pay a tuition bill directly probably wasn't the primary use case for anyone's application infrastructure .
