But I mean, like, use the additional features of the Finn acount (catagorizing, rating, etc), but from the purchases on your Chase credit cards.

I think the idea is to cater to mellennials... People who tend to favor non-traditional banking and not credit cards based on how they graduated high school during the recession. It only makes sense to not include credit cards within the FINN app in that case.

Oh no, I agree...I get what the target market is.  Same with the other banking apps like this, like Simple.  I like what they do, but I would like those same features for my credit card spending.  I'm just waiting for somebody to start doing this, and I feel Chase is kind of missing an opportunity here.

I think the point of the smiley face emjois or whatever they're called are to discourage unneeded spending. It would only make sense to not have that for credit cards, as banks want you to spend as much as possible on credit cards to increase revenue (both through interchange fees and interest charges).

Can I check the Finn account on a PC or Mac via web browser? or only on mobile app?

Can I deposit and withdraw Cash at Chase ATMs for Free? do you get a Account & Routing number?

I too am curious about if a routing number is provided since I am wondering if you could just order checks from Vista Print with the FINN account's checking and routing number and still have it work or will it declined.
