Finally closed my PenFed checking account

PenFed was one of the first credit unions I joined so I hold a soft spot for them. But after using their services for a year I really got fed up with lack of iOS mobile support when visiting their website and their mobile app consistently informing me that "I have been securly logged out." For a large corporation there is really no excuse to have such a poor technical support. I am still keeping their Premium Online Savings, as they do offer a nice rate. I really don't understand why some of the top credit unions don't invest more into their mobile support.

It is kind of sad some of these apps. and yes ..if it aint workin for ya, close it!

I also did the same with Alliant. Good iOS app but mobile Safari support non existant.
