I've observed that people who always have an issue with those above them are often the incompetent or insecure ones. I had serious behavioral issues when I was younger. I was diagnosed ADHD when I was a kid and put in the special ed SIED program when my mom refused to put me on Ritalin but I really have had some awful superiors, especially when I was working for Comcast. I only locked horns when I needed to but when I did, it was not something small I was making an issue about. There were many times when supervisor incompetence or the incompetence of my coworkers made my job a lot more difficult and those times, everyone knew I was not happy.
