Looks like I'm heading to the urgent care this morning. Have what I suspect to be tendonitis, but I really messed it up lifting a 15 year old plasma out of a box yesterday. Iced it all night and woke up being unable to straighten my arm without tear-inducing pain or being able to grasp and lift an empty cardboard box. Hope I didn't tear something....
