Hi there fellow gardeners! Thank goodness August is finally over--I was THIS CLOSE to cracking a couple of times, but now, with a fresh new month, my resolve is firm once again!!

PS I've been asked about this: no, my username has absolutely NOTHING to do with gardening as used here! When I created this account I was very involved in puttering around my garden, and the name just came to me.  Who knew it would be so apropos?!

For a minute I was trying to think about why I'd want to drop my dogs off in your woods, lol.
