Having problems logging into Insight account

Is there anyone facing any problem logging into your Insight visa account? I am not able to log-in. I tried changing the password as well but didn't work. I am getting "Invalid Login Attempt"

I had a similar thing happen several weeks ago.  I had to reset my firewall and dns server to fix it.  Not exactly sure what the situation was.  I was just able to log on from my computer tonight.  This morning the savings account was there (with added interest), I transfered it all to the card for ACH.  This evening the savings account did not show up when I logged in, only the card.  Funds are ACHing out tomorrow.

Thanks. I was able to log into my second Insight account now. However, the first one says that it's disabled and need to call the number(probably because of too many unsuccessful attempts). I didn't see any savings account in my second Insight account. 

 

Do you know if they are going to charge me for calling them to sort out this log-in issue?

I was able to log into my same account which was showing "access disabled and I need to call the number". Something was going on with their website I guess.
