After logging in, try going into My Settings at the top right corner of your screen, then down to the bottom "Other Settings" -> "Alerts and Notifications". You should be able to set up email and text alerts there. I can't vouch for the text alerts as I'm in a US territory that's outside DCU's SMS service area, but the email alerts get to me fine. I think it's great that you're finding your current bank better than you thought. At least you have a pretty dependable backup nearby.
Starting Scores: No Scores (03/2018)Thank you Cookiegrabber! Not only do I have texts now, I have my VISA set up as my transfer account when I get a low balance alert and all I have to do is respond with a TRANS command and it will do an advance to my checking.
Okay so that squashes that problem and I don’t currently have any other complaints.
I don’t really mind the loss of Zelle, honestly my old bank may just be kept with a couple bucks in it but I’m about ready to move everything to DCU. Going to evaluate how it all works until May or so.
With the SMS thing, have you tried a Google Voice number? They work for a lot of these services.
