I logged in to my Jovia account on 9/6/25 and I so that I was Pre-Approved for a series of Auto Loans (not needed), a Personal Loan (up to $15K-also I did not need this) AND their SafetyLine for $12,500 at a 12.24% APR. I thought about it for a couple of hours, logged in to TU and Froze my report there first then I logged back in to Jovia and complted their real simple proces to accept the SafteyLine for the terms offered. On 9/9/25, I received the Loan docs via the Adobe platform that they use (not DocuSign-but the Adobe platform serves the same purpose) and I completed that process in less than 2 minutes. On 9/10/25 a SafetyLine account with a $12,500 CL with a 12.24% APR appeared within Jovia Online & Mobile Banking.
This approval on top of the (2) Advantage VISA Pre Approved credit cards ($12,500 CL's for each) that I accepted from Jovia earlier in 2025 -so my unsecured exposure with them is now at $37,500. I don't why they love me so much but I'll take it.
Jovia has never hard pulled my TU report for any of these products and I absolutely love that. They have certainly been soft pulling TU every month for me and my VS4 when last they pulled it in August was only 721 although my FICO 8's and 9's that I have access to are all 780+ but Jovia uses that VS4 score and your guess is as good as mine as to why they use that score version.
I got in to Jovia when they were still acepting membership applications from individuals that do not reside in there NY service area-I reside in the Pittsburgh area-and I am so glad I got in. I have very small recurring charges set up on the 2 credit cards I have that auto paid each month to avoid any shutdowns for non-activity that have been reported in the forums and I set up auto advances from the SafetyLine along with corrspeonding paydowns to avoid any problems with that product.
I hope this data helps others that are Jovia members and if your are not eligible to get in with them, I am sorry to hear that.
