Has anyone encountered issues joiing Jovia?
When signing up i elected to enter my info manually versus the ID thing, mostly that i hate the stupid apps for ID scanning, I never have the "right" light. Today i got an email that says i am denied for "Failed Online Verification" and to reach out to chat for more info. The rep was rude as heck and told me to pound sand for 6 months.

I was rejected twice due to failed verification online. But mine was due to a clean shaven face on my ID and my full beard making it impossible for facial recognition to work and I wasn't going to shave just to open a deposit account.
So I apped for the visa card and had the rep set up the deposit account for me. No facial recognition required going that route.
