Keeping with the streak - NFCU $500 CLOC

I didn’t want it to have to go to review when my only intention for the CLOC is so I can set up my NFCU checking as my pay minimum fallback in case I ever miss a payment due date.

$500, 15.9%, no review.

So I have hit up Navy for $5000 between the $4500 CLI for my 91/3 on my cashRewards and the $500 CLOC and been successful. Smiley Happy

Now seriously, I’m in the garden! Lol. 2 EQ HPs in 24 hours from Navy is ummm OUCH!

Navy is a little HP happy but its usually worth the pulls...

Even if your in the LIE camp (Low Income Earners) thanks @averagejoescredit for the term...

You might be able to get a better rate AND a higher than that CLOC and not even requiring stellar fico scores...down the road....

Congratulations

I’m in that camp already - that’s why I’m amazed they gave me 7500 (which is what I asked for, definitely left money on the table) at my 91/3 with only $18K income and the fact they were my fourth new account this year (only three are still open though but I added another one with BBVA).

Definitely a relationship I want to nurture. Smiley Happy

Yeah I think the chances of me actually needing it are incredibly slim but the peace of mind of knowing it’s there doesn’t hurt.

Actually finding out that I can cash advance direct from my cashRewards to my checking at lower 13.65% though kind of makes the loan redundant unless I actually forget to put money in my account which is supremely unlikely. I’m allergic to <$100 balances and I would have to miss my minimum payments on 3 cards to dip into the CLOC.

But its there. Smiley Happy
