I have been working on another possible hidden gem (MMA) very similar to that of Premier except it does HP TU but no Chex, 3% on first 2.5k and 2% on next 2.5k (better than Premier's 1.5%), pulled the trigger today with TU unlocked (hoping for SP like Premier), application was declined after HP, called them for an explanation as my TU currently sits cleanly at 806, was told that they have been backed up due to problems with online application and the lack of score accompanying their TU pulls, my application is not denied but pending until their problem with TU is resolved, someone supposedly will call me when they get to mine. I will post more details once my application is approved, I hope I didn't waste an HP for nothing.
