What are the actual cashback rewards you can get with this card? I looked at the website but there was no specific way to earn points. (e.g. Discover Debit is 10 cents per swipe)

Wow. That's not very good IMO. Discover Bank will give you 10 cents back regardless if you use your pin or not. However running under the higher fee Discover network is most likely the reason why they can offer that.
