NFCU ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Strange. I have spoken to them several times on behalf of my mom (age 70). Each time, my mom gave her verbal permission for me to speak to them regarding a CLI and an APR reduction. They never had an issue with it and we never had our accounts blocked/restricted. 

Sorry to hear that you had issues but it sounds like you are okay with the outcome.

PenFed is good. There's a lot of national and regional CUs out there. Hope you find one that fit your needs.
