Has Anyone Had a 500 dollar CLOC and Has Gotten a Increase as of Recent? if So Please Leave some Data Points..Much appreciated

My CLOC is 3 years old. I believe I started with $5000 and my utilization was around 90% at the time.
A year later I requested an increase to $15000 with 70 to 75% utilization.
They are pretty generous lender. Income gets you in the door and they give you respect for # of years you've had a banking relationship with them.
Nobody has tried since they switched to this "we don't want people using it as a line of credit so we are starting everyone with $500" policy that I know of. I certainly won't be bothering with mine and may actually close it since I don't want any $500 credit lines.

Are you going to close Target to?

@Saeren I wasn't even aware of this ^^^^
I have a 3k CLOC and I was just thinking about applying for an increase to say 5k. But now seeing this I might just let it sit and help with my AAoA. I don't think it counts towards my utilization for FICO 8 or 9 anymore, or does it? CreditKarma doesn't include it in the utilization calculation but I know CK can be fickle at times.
I'll be applying for a BECU CC and PLOC really soon so yup...

August or September I'm going to see where I'm at with all of my accounts. DCU, Rewards+, Target, NFCU CLOC, and WS are all up for potentially getting chopped. Hopefully Target CLIs start rolling soon and I'm pretty sure I can get the others up by then. The BK is holding me back with DCU and Citi, the WS card is new (6 months on the 13th), and Target is obviously out of my control.

CLOCs are revolving accounts and do indeed count for utilization.
