Everybody has told me to hit the CLI Love button on the 3rd statement cut which will be April 15th

That's what I was trying to tell you above - the next AR isn't until the end of April - waiting till then pretty much triples your chances of a really good CLI

O OK. Got ya.. AR = Automatic Reporting.  Will they for sure report by then?

AR means Account Review

That's when they soft-pull your report to see all the wonderful things you've been doing with your credit, not just with them.  Navy is sort of unique in that they AR everybody at the same time - the beginning of every odd-numbered month.  So if you want them to see ALL your payment history with ALL your cards when you push that button, do it after the AR
