Submitted app for a $11k CLOC last week after getting a CLI on cash rewards to $22k (from $5500) and app went to review and they asked for 2 recent paystubs only- sent in yesterday and got email this morning the CLOC was approved and said to sign docs and send back (says you determined method when applying either by pick up at branch or mailed) but I don't remember answering that question. Last week after apping for CLOC I decided to app for GO rewards and app went pending and 2 days later said declined, I received a letter yesterday but doesn't give any reason for decline as it was a generic statement that said your CR was pulled and showed an Eq score of 681.
Usually a letter comes stating why they declined you like thin file, score or excessive obligations but got nothing like that. Don't think I'm going to recon as the CLOC was approved and me and my spouse now have 57K credit with Navy.
