Whats up fico fam,

So i called in last Wednesday to become a member over the phone being that the closest branch is 215 miles away from me . Call went smooth and after i hung up i got a email to submit my ID and Vehicle Registration.  I did and thats when i hit a road block. I never got a email confirmation that they received documents.  I called in yesterday they told me to re submit and try again . So i did and same result. I tried uploading as pdf and also jpeg.

So does anyone know a direct email to submit these documents too besides using there ( Secure document upload link ) ? Just wanted to ask before i do the snail mail to there FL security operations center.

I know that they do have a fax# which can be used for uploading docs, it's 703-206-4600

I just got off the phone with them and this lady i talked to was extra helpful and checked with her back office . After being on hold for 2 min they did confirm that they got my documents even tho i never got the confirmation email. Now to wait 5-10 days while they review.  🤞

It's not ideal, but you also have the option to mail your documents. I went and pulled this from my first emails from Navy:

Within 30 days of this email, submit your information via our Secure Document Upload system or mail it to:

Security Operations Center
5510 Heritage Oaks Dr
Pensacola, FL 32526

Hello,

Same happened to me. But u called roughly 24 hours later. And they recieved them. Lady told me they are just backed up a little. I think maybe 24 hours after that i got email saying i was approved. Was able to call over the phone to confirm and also set up my online account. 

Just waiting on debit card in the mail
