What do you fill in for section B (Membership Eligibility) and section C (Affiliation)? Section B I marked Association/Community/Company and wrote in Navy League - San Diego council.Section C I left blank since I do not have any of the affiliations listed.

anyone know approximately how long it takes from application to welcome email? I submitted my application on 1/31 via email and am still waiting (I know it's only been 3 days). Just wanted to get an idea so I can stop refreshing my inbox!
I faxed my applicatoin in on a Thursday (1/26) and received my Welcome email the next Wednesday (2/1).
I have seen others take several weeks though
I emailed on 1/25 and got my welcome email on 2/1 - aobut 5 business days. Its worth the wait - they have been awesome to work with.
