New Fidelity Cash Management Account

I opened up a new Fidelity Cash Management account for the ATM fee reimbursement. In the overview of my accounts, it is listed as Individual Cash Account and says that debit cards are not offered on this account type. I'm a little confused. Can someone explain?

The Fidelity CMA can definitely have a debit/ATM card associated with it. I have one im my wallet.
