What is a Credit Union that anyone can join and they only do a SP for membership?

NASA was a year ago for me...both membership and CC.

edit: may have been a small donation to something to join, but that would have been all.

You might try Alliant but you may have a join an affiliate organization.

Alliant is great, but a HP for opening from my experience (as well as when being added as a joint owner to an existing account btw).

For me it was an HP for checking but SP for regular savings account. So i guess its YMMV with them or did they change their policy?
