After lots of thoughts, and research, I decided to give it a go.
Failed the 1st security set of questions because I couldnt remember my ex-hubby's month he was born. I tended to block him out of my mind and I havent talked to him in over 10 years. The second set of questions I did with a guy over the phone, and Ill be damn if they didnt ask me questions about my Ex's DAD! FML! ugh...anyway...passed! LOL..
So, Im in like sin. I will wait 2 yrs, and app for their CC, knowing how conservative they are, I wouldnt stand a chance in hell to be approved right now with my EQ profile, LOL.. 
edited..decided to just go ahead and app for their CC too since its all on one pull. I dont expect an approval, obviously with my credit profile, and Ill try to recon for a $500 sl if declined.

CC declined for Pyrimiding debt..aka..too many new accts and inquires.. LOL..I knew it would come back like that, so im not surprised in the least bit. I will still try a recon for $500 sl, and if declined again, no big deal..Ill wait 2 years, and reapply

oh thats right...I forgot they hold the app for 90 days....well, no harm no fowl..might as well get a free EQ report..LMAO!
I got my Penfed Cash Rewards Platinum when I joined two years ago. You might get credit card pre-approval after a year.
