PayPal Direct Deposit

Does PayPal offer cash offers for setting a direct deposit from my employer.

No Paypal's banking system's main advantage is giving you 5% cash back on eligible purchases from a catagory you select monthly. With one hand they give the other they take. Others give X amount of dollars as a bonus. 

I would imagine they do not want you collecting a bonus then switching banks. If your a heavy spender on debit cards what Paypal offers actually when I do the math exceeds the bonus most banks will give you but its a long term thing vice cash bonus.

I do use it at Winco grocerry chain in the west which takes only debit card.
