i sent my coworker some money via debit card on paypal. once the payment goes through, it's considered finalized, right? Because on my debit card page, it says: Transactions can take up to 7 business days to be processed, depending on the merchant. Funds are unavailable while pending, but they will be returned to your balance if the transaction is canceled or reversed. I'm guessing the bank is not going to reverse this payment and put a negative balance on my coworkers paypal account, is it? Thanks
