Pardon me for venting, but it's so frustrating not to know what day of the month the balance of my PenFed will be reported to the credit bureaus.
It's been as late as the 8th of the month, and as early as the 28th of the previous month.
This month it reported the balance as of the 30th of last month.
Sorry SJ, I had issues with Penfed reporting CC and PL some months back.
The CC finally reports correctly to all (3)
The PL sits at $60.00 balance out of $20K on EQ .. and shows $90.00 on EX & TU
With wrong dates as you mentioned.
I wonder if it has anything to do with their "system upgrade"?

I've been with them for about 5 years, and nothing's changed.
I've never had a problem with my 2 credit cards' reporting dates. Each has always reported the statement balance.
I've always had the unpredictability problem with the PLOC. I never know what date's balance it's going to report. There's a spread of 10 or 11 possible days. Just when I think I can detect a pattern, and start to rely on it, I get slammed.
Yes, mine is also all the place as far as reporting dates. Could be 1st, mid, or even end. Very frustrating and not consistent.
Just checked mine again (PL), EQ is 100% accurate .. But not with TU and EX
CC is reporting correctly to all (3) CB's
