I see the PLOC  Here: Products and Rates > Personal. As you can see I don't qualify for this. Haven't been a member very long, but they did give me a personal unsecured loan. Not sure how you qualify for the PLOC, but it looks like they won't even let me apply.

@PapaTunde  I called today and they said the link online was disabled for now. You can apply with them over the phone. I applied but was denied. Haven't received letter detailing reason yet. Good luck.
