If you really need a loan, it is better to look around further and you may find better APR. I occasionally receive some loan offers, when I login to e.g. Amex with much lower APR.
Also, if you have 401k, you might be able to borrow some money with much lower APR. Borrowing from 401k might not be simple (need some certian levels of qualifications e.g. buying home, renovation) while the advantage is that it does not report to credit bureaus as a loan.
