Guys i have a question i was approved for a PL yesterday with a 9.9% APR Today a better opportunity has been offered do i still have to accept this loan? Its already showing in my online account with a first payment due date of 6/9 i haven't received the check yet and i know that they will send a Promissory note to sign and send back. If i send the check back and don't sign the note will they just void it or am i stuck with it?
You should call them right away. I'm sure that APR has a fee up front that you'll be paying. No reason to delay a call to them waiting on a repsonse from this forum. Good luck.
