Very quick process for a HELOC two years ago, and actually even quicker for PLOC, with the interest rate being 1% lower on execution than I was quoted.
So far no complaints at all. The one time I had to call customer service on the PL to change the due date they were quick and efficient. The only problem with HELOCs is that during the pandemic they got pickier about what properties will qualify if they're condo/mixed-use zoned. That's about it.
