Anyone else having trouble accessing their account info through the PenFed site or mobile apps? For the past week, it's been down at least half the times I've attempted to access it.
I can't vouch for the past week, as I have not logged in.
Checked both mobile app and website just now, both seem to be working fine.
Just a few seconds ago, it was fine. The half-hour before that, it wasn't.
I wonder if they are experiencing problems or just heavy site traffic?
A Lot of people are home and logging in.just my $0.02 worth.
