the use of MS Windows NT 4.0 was aimed at businesses and we used it back in the 1990s. A very solid platform and for the right applications was great. Not particularily user friendly and I do not recall it being marketed for personal use. Changing code and commands was strict and no room for errors. Found it fun to experiment with?! Back to the days with Compaq Servers and such. Good hardware then and lasted an easy eight years or more. Used it in municipal operations.
