I am in need of opening a IRA to roll my 401K from my old employer and to be able to contribute and save something incase the world doesnt burn down, oh in roughly about 2060-70. What would be a good place to look? went to fidelity website, seems fine, "Admin fee" was 12.50 every 3 months with employer and 14.xx with fidelity or .35%.
There is just a little north of 50,000 with the employer.
im willing to see it grow aggressively, i am 29 in a month and havent really saved these past 9 years or so since ive been working (with the last 4 me pulling my head out of my....![]()
I am also really into the idea of going somewhere and investing in gold and such, with all these numbers really not meaning anything. I'd want that to be held.

I'm missing something...Fidelity IRAs should be free; the only fees should be the expense ratios that you will pay for the investments themselves (e.g. mutual funds). Where are you seeing an administration fee for an IRA?

It should be noted, in order to keep the 3% match with Robinhood, you must maintain the account and gold for 5 years.
