Chase has a similar $125 / 10 transaction offer but it's for college students.
So, I procrastinated but did finally go in to Wells yesterday, Oct 14, with my son. The $125 offer "expired" today, Oct 15 (it's been extended to Jan 14 '26).
Relatively painless although we were there for just over an hour.
Debit card will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. Then the 10 small transactions will begin!! 
My 12 year old is jealous that he can't "get a free $125" (you have to be 13)
