Thoughts on new Navy Fed app?

As most who are members of Navy Federal know, they have a new app design. Curious on thoughts? A couple of things I have noticed:

•Transfer is backwards to what most seem to like. Instead of "From" and then "To", it is "To" and then "From".

•Transactions for some merchants are double posting but only impacting the balance once.

Anything else that others have noticed? I still thoroughly enjoy being with Navy Federal.

I don't like it. It moved things unnecessarily and hides data that used to be displayed.

Re: Thoughts on new Navy Fed app?

I have provided negative feedback several times, but I get the feeling they don't even look at it.  There was certainly no response.  Not even an automated thank you. There was nothing wrong with the old app.  This is the first time since joining Navy Fed that I've had any complaint whatsoever.

I don't care; doesn't seem to be any better or worse to me.

Re: Thoughts on new Navy Fed app?

Does anyone notice that the FICO scoring is no longer available now on the app? I see that they, as with the site, have transitioned to that credit monitoring section.

Re: Thoughts on new Navy Fed app?

Yes.  I recently obtained my first credit card with NFCU.  I read on here that they provided a FICO score.   I went looking for it and was disappointed to see only a VS 3.0 score.

And regarding the app, today they pushed out 7.1.1 for iOS.  Most of today the app wouldn't load.  When I finally got into the app a lot of amounts are missing and not loading.  The one area I checked was my credit card.  It was showing a balance, but $0 available.  I thought it was only the app, but the website is showing the same:  a balance on the account, but $0 of the credit line is available.

Yes, can't access the actual FICO score anymore (just VS3) since the app redesign. Sad Smiley Sad
