Called, rep has no idea, says cant do over the phone, can mail me a application. Im not close and not driving 10 hrs to a branch.
reached out on FB .. also spoke to a 2nd rep , explained everything..again said I live way to far away to just pop into a branch office. she suggest try again.. ok ... I did.
I also sent FB person screen shots.. trying again.. he had a rep reach out to me .. went over everything,,, ahhh on line declines membership becuase im not close to a branch ,,, only co-op's. deposits, atm etc,,, yep Im fine with that,, Navy Federal is same way, ok .. then we have to do it manual paper app. and now waiting 5-7 days for that to arrive. Impressed already? Well there is WOW factor but not with a smile on my face!
