Unknown Security Freeze

Good day all...Im really hoping someone can aid me in figuring out this issue. I take my girlfriend down to Chevron Credit Union where Im currently banking to open an account. Upon running her chexsystems file they tell her theres a security freeze not allowing them to access her file. We call chexsystems while at the bank and they assure the banker there is no security freeze on her chexsystems file. I used google and read that sometimes this can happen if someone has a freeze on LexusNexis. So we call them up....Sure enough there was a security freeze there. After getting it lifted, over the next 3 days we have the same issue. They havent ran any major credit bureau (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union) so im in dire need to know which bureau has the security freeze. The banker is only able to give the number listed for chexsystems and there isnt any freeze there...Anyone ever have this issue? Any idea where else I should be looking? I know there are many smaller credit bureaus but does anyone have knowledge of who may be linked to chexsystems or banks? PLEASE HELP

Did your girlfriend place those freezes or are you suspecting fraud?

She had someone years ago tamper with her credit and placed those...SO we requested a new pin for lexus Nexis to get that removed temporarily. Chexsystems has no freeze....The banker is lost. They only show chexsystems on their end. Once the banker spoke with someone from chexsystems confirming there was no freeze, they are lost in where the freeze may even be
