I've started using it recently. Seems to be pretty spot on. I don't know if will work on Bonus categories, though. I forgot to check it at Macy's as I got their card. But other than that, it seems OK.

The idea is to maximize your rewards. This card, based on the card's benefits (such as 2% back at gas stations, 3% back at the grocceries, 1.5% cash back on anything, 2x Points on Dining etc) and based on your location, it makes suggestions on what card to use to maximize your return. This is powered by, I think foursquare which tells the app what's around you. You have to tell the app what cards you have, first (not the card numbers, just the type of the card you have) and as you go from place to place, based on your GPS it finds stores in your area and suggests which cards you should use.
Hope that gives you a brief overview of how it works.
I currently have the app, and I can see that there are some differences. I linked my credit cards to the app, and I noticed that the way my credit card companies categorize purchases, and how Wallaby categorizes purchases is different. What Wallaby tells me the amount of cash back I have earned is different than what reality actually is. I use this app with a grain of salt. I clearly have cards with different cashback percentages, which makes my decisions easy. I just wanted to use the app to see how I like it.
