Decided to go ahead and join DCU to refinance my auto loan eventually. Waiting for all of thr paperwork and account information to come in the mail.
keep us posted! smooth-sailing or otherwise. thanks!
they're on my radar together with NASA but frontliner is PenFed. *for a future car loan.
*i'm not qualified on those military CU unfortunately. :/
i've just joined Alliant to use as my main banking, hub (ach transfers) and better than 0.01 apy (BoA) as well. i'll probably try that $500 secure loan to help my fico soon.
im also looking into Xcel FCU for an even higher yield.

Will do!
I have my main banking with US Bank and a back up with BoA. I added Penfed but scores aren't high enough to benefit from their credit products. I have been trying to get into DCU for their vehicle financing offers and was happy to finally get in with them. I will not switch everything over yet because I just opened an IRA with my main bank.
