This credit union appears to be geofenced. So the only way I see you joining is if you have a relative who already has an account with them. I couldn't find their definition of relative but most credit unions require a relative to be an immediate family member.

Looks like this CU is geo-fenced so you would either need to relocate or have a relative who is a member. It doesn't specify how close your relative has to be so you could get in that way.
