I haven't seen much on ploc clis on here, so wanted to share my experience. I have a preferred line of credit with KeyBank since Aug 2014. Limit was at 5k and I wanted it increased. Tuesday I called in and asked for increase to 20k. I sent in a few items to verify my identity and on Fri they countered with 11k, I accepted. No extra paperwork..it was effective immediately. Interest stayed the same (7.99%)It was a hard on EQ (700)..when they initially opened the account they pull TU (765). I have no later or baddies on any bureau. Income is about 100k and MY profile

Is the LOC backed/secured by something? Maybe money you have in your account, house, etc? Would be hard to believe you could get 7.99% without something securing it, but if so then you got a helluiva deal
All of my locs are unsecured but yes this is by far my best interest rate. This is the best rate Key bank offers, I believe you only need a 740+ to get this rate. I was concerned they would up it when I requested increase because bureau they pulled was lower than initial pull.
May I ask what other plocs do you have? Have you ever gotten limit increases on them? And what was the US bank app process like. I'm getting the US bank cc I have unsecured and increased in a few months and may consider a loc with them
