2 Collections Officially Deleted

I had 2 collections officially deleted.  I got a score watch alert and increased only 8 points.  Bummer!  Although,at the same time, I had a balance increase on one of my cc.  Still a bummer, though.

Are there any other collections on your report? If so, were the ones that got deleted older than any remaining collections?

Yes, I have another recent paid collection that I am trying to GW but they won't seem to budge.  Also, I have an Enhanced Recovery that I am paying off.  The high balance was $909.  It is now $517.  It was from Dish Network.  Then I have a medical collection that the OC will not do a PFD and is making me go through the CA, Receivable Solutions.  Other than that, I have 2 on time, never late car payments, a Jared card never late, a VS card never late, and a mortgage with several lates.  That is pretty much it.

When you have multiple collections on your CRs, the "pain" comes from the newest collection. So the collections that got removed were having no effect on your CR.

Oh, and a CO First Premier still reporting a balance which I plan on paying off in a week or so. CL $300, Balance $451. I think this may help a little. It was CO 2 years ago.

You doing that on a PFD basis?

No. They won't PFD. Just trying to help my utilization

You're doing great work, keep it up.  Once you've paid that off, start the GW process.  I've had some that wouldn't PFD but did delete on a GW.
