2 issues on credit report.....why and how to fix...

Hi there, just joined, i'm running around 700, but i do have 2 dings on my credit report.......

1 is for child support, why is this a ding???

2nd one is for an ambulance charge that i never had.  I saw the original was in 2008, but the adjusted is 2010.  How can i fix this?  i just barely saw this about a year ago, i'm finally going to try to do something about it.  I did call my health insurance and ask them what was the procedure?

so i'm asking you experts,

should I pay it and then fight my health insurance?

should i pay it and then dispute it to have them show proof it's mine?

it's already in collections being it's 4 years old maybe 6....

suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

1 is for child support, why is this a ding??? It is considered a judgment and most judgments are subject to being reported to ones credit file. A judgment is a public record (PR) and rebuckets you into a group of individuals that have PRs on their reports as well..

You are stating here you never had an ambulance ride then you state I called my health ins, you can forget that route as all claims must be presented before one year is up. If in fact it is yours Google search the HIPAA Process and contact its creator. If it in fact is not yours dispute it as not yours with the CRAs and if it does not disappear you will need gto file the appropriate ID Theft complaints with your local police and send copies of the police reports to the CRAs to get it removed.
