AMEX messing with me?

I dont know if this is normal practice so thought I'd ask.  I have a AMEX CC that was charged off in 2015, DOFD in early 2014.  When I look at my payment history it shows no data (ND) for every month going back to 2012 and the current month is reporting as a charge off.  It will continue like that every month.  In July it will report as CO and June will show ND and on and on.  Is this normal?

They can report it anyway they want as long as its accurate. ND means no data. Updating it every month keeps your Fico score depressed.
