ANYONE HAVE SUCCESS WITH GW LETTERS TO GOODYEAR TIRE CREDIT CARD????

i have a goodyear tire credit account that is now closed.  it never went into charge off or collections but it did reach 120 days late.  they are reporting to all 3 credit bureaus.  has anybody had any success with GW letters to them?  if so what address or email did you use?  do i have any other options to get this removed. my last 120 day late was feb 2008. i paid in full in march 2008 and my balance is now $0.00

Is there an 800 number?  Try calling them and asking politely to have it removed.

It just worked with me 120 days late card with Chase.
