So to vacate the judgments should I call the attorneys directly or send them a letter via mail requesting them to file paperwork to vacate judgement?
You can do either, calling would be faster. Your state may or may not allow a satisified judgment to be vacated.
I just checked and Missouri does allow satisfied judgements to be vacated. Are attorneys pretty easy to work with on this or is it pretty unusual for them to file this paperwork?
It depends on the attorney. Some will, some won't. You can file the motion yourself but they would still have to ok it.

Kansas doesn't allow it unless there is some sort of Error.....but does anyone know if it anything will work to get these removed?
Cheryl
If your state doesn't allow it, I know of no other legal way to have them removed.
So to give another update. I noticed today that the AU account has now also shown up on my Equifax credit report. My score didn't go up a single point on my Equifax. The card's history all reported. It is a Discover card opened 3/92, $12,000 limit, account balance is $344, and NO lates ever. Shouldn't this have made my Equifax score increase significantly as it improved my available credit, my AAoA, & lowered my credit utilization to about 6%. Any suggestions/ideas?
Yes, it should. But the score may be lagging.
Do you have any other significant baddies on your report?
Yeah after reading more posts on here I saw where even though its showing on my credit reports that it may not get calculated into the score until it posts again next month. The reason I wonder is before this Discover card was added on my AAoA was 5 years 4 months and it still shows 5 years 4 months even though the Discover card has over a 20 year history. Any truth to that?
Yeah not going to lie I have quite a few baddies on my credit report. I made some REALLY dumd decisions when in college and am in the process of cleaning up my credit. Here is what I have:
10 CO's. 8 of them have a DOFD of 2009 or before. 2 of them have a DOFD that falls in 2010. I am continually sending GW letters to all of these.
2 Judgments (BoA & Capital One). Both are satisfied. One is from 2010 the other is from 2011. I just found out after I consulted with an attorney that judgments can't be vacated due to satisfaction in MO.
6 collections. 3 of them are unpaid as I am currently attempting to work out PFD's on them. They are with CPA, EOS/CCA, & Asset Acceptance. 3 of them are paid and I am currently GW them to try to get them removed. They are with LVNV & the other 2 were Midland.
I also have: 2 student loans - 5 years & 3 years old (never late). 1 installment loan - 6 months old (never late). 1 FingerHut account - CL 450 keep it around 7% utilization - 5 months old (never late). 1 Capital One Secured - CL 250 keep it around 7% utilization - 2 months old (never late). Then I have just had this Discover card added on. So I assumed it would grealy improve my scores. On my Experian FAKO scores it showed a 48 point jump. But my TU FICO score went down 14 ponts & my EQ FICO stayed the same.
Any thoughts advice on all of this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
