Been on a rebuilding journey and now all of my CCs are paid off I only have an installment and car loans making payments, so since all cards are paid off do I only use one and have it report 1-9% as part of AZEO or do I have to use all cards pay them to zero except one every month to maximize score increases?
@Moni209 you may use any amount of your cards as you wish, but only let one bank card report a small balance each month. For the cards you keep at zero, you will want to pay the balance before the statement cuts and don’t use again until after the statement cuts so it will report zero. The one card you will let a balance report....from what I understand, this card should not be a credit union card (something to do with the way those report?) and you do not want it to be a Chase card as they can/will report mid month when balance is zero. Hope this helps!
@Anonymous thanks for the reply so its ok not to use the other cards and just keep them at 0 correct just let the other bank CC report, just wanna make sure the other 0 cards dont have to show use activity throughout the month.

Its charge cards like AMEX. They have no limits so no util % can report. Just the balance.
@FireMedic1 I have a CiTi secured and discover are those ok to report a balance ok.?
@Moni209 Yes, Citi or Discover will work. 🙂
@FireMedic1 I have read multiple times regarding the credit union card, but had not regarding the Amex...the reasoning definitely makes sense. Thank you for clarifying!
Yepper!

I definitely just read mixed reviews about the credit union cards. In my case, my NFCU more rewards reports on the 22nd and my Disco reports on the 24th. I'm going to 0 out my NFCU and let a small balance report on my discover.
yeah definitely depends on the CU. It may or may not report "funny" I would have to look for the previous posts, but they can sometimes not work as the non-zero card.
Definitely AMEX and Store Cards, as they report as "charge card", which I have seen with both my Store Cards (why they say to use a bank card).
And Chase because they will update a $0 balance off-cycle if you pay it off before interest hits.
